Abstract
This course builds on our basic course on “Introduction to R” in which we only introduced functions for making basic plots. In this course, we take you a step further and introduce you to essential elements of “message conveying and nice looking graphics”.
The course will run for four afternoons (13h to 17h) and will include the following topics:
- How to use basic plotting functions
- Plotting multivariate data using the lattice package.
- Using the ggplot2 package for general purpose graphics
- Using plotly for interactive graphics
Prerequisites
Introduction to R. Working with R Markdown files.
